M-Belarusbank is the official mobile banking app from OJSC "ASB Belarusbank" for the holders of payment cards from any banks in the Republic of Belarus, registered for the SMS-banking service of Belarusbank in an info kiosk or internet banking (for Belarusbank cards).

Data exchange (requests-responses) with the system is done through the internet.

In addition to the standard functions, M-Belarusbank offers a number of unique features:

• AUTHENTICATION (APP LOGIN) WITHOUT INTERNET.

• Several login methods are available:

• 1. Offline authorization with an access key ("password for login" in previous versions of the app). This method does not require internet access and is set by the user during registration.
  2. Offline authorization with fingerprint on mobile devices equipped with a fingerprint scanner and running Android 6.0 or above. This method is set by the user in the app settings after registering their fingerprint in the phone settings.
  3. PIN authorization is only possible with internet access and is set by the user in the app settings.
• CONNECTING CARDS FROM ANY RESIDENT BANKS.

• Payments and balance inquiries are available for cards from any banks in the Republic of Belarus. Users can add and activate cards themselves using the SMS-banking password obtained from a Belarusbank info kiosk. Please note that fees and blocks may be imposed by the card-issuing bank for conducting payments and balance inquiries.

• ABILITY TO MAKE PAYMENTS EVEN IF PREVIOUS REQUESTS ARE PROCESSING SLOWLY.

• When processing requests slows down, it is possible to perform other payment and service requests and subsequently receive information about their processing.

• NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES.

• The following notification options are available:

• • Notification through Google services (internet): Requires internet connection and installation of Google Play Services (recommended for consistent internet access). Notifications are stored within the app for review.
  • Notification as regular text SMS messages: Notifications are stored in the incoming SMS messages on the mobile device.

• The app requires device location data, even when the app is closed or not in use, in order to display the nearest banking facilities of all banks in the Republic of Belarus: cash desks, ATMs, and info kiosks.

• IMPORTANT!!! In order for notifications to work correctly, please enable all necessary permissions in your smartphone's settings for the M-Belarusbank app in the following sections: auto start, push service, notifications, secure apps/security, sleep mode, power saving, etc.

• IMPORTANT!!! Other apps installed on your mobile device may block data reception and transmission for the M-Belarusbank app.

• IMPORTANT!!! For security and prevention of unauthorized access by third parties, the app only works on the device where the latest M-Belarusbank registration was made.

• IMPORTANT!!! Restoring the app from backups (back up) is not allowed for security and correct app operation purposes.
